CARMI Design Group is a professional architecture and design practice that was established in 1990. CARMI’s team has successfully designed and managed over 100 million dollars in construction in northern Indiana and southwestern Michigan.

Our founder, Tony C. Leininger is licensed in both Indiana and Michigan.

Awards include:

• Center City Award for the Environmental Health Labs Addition
  (South Bend, IN) of 1992
• Michiana Area Construction Industry Advancement Fund, Design-Build Award for the South Bend Medical Foundation Expansion

Our company’s structure gives us the unique ability to effectively accommodate the needs of both large and small scale projects. Our design services range from small residential renovations or additions to large commercial facilities. The vast knowledge and diversity of our staff allows us to provide a variety of services beyond design, such as construction management and facilities analysis.
