  DESIGN CONSULTANTS

CARMI Design Group utilizes design professionals offering a variety of specialized experience. We employ these professionals as needed to efficiently complete both small and large scale projects. Our design consultants provide our clients with the highest quality services and expertise without additional research or consultant fees.

This flexibility also gives us the unique ability to limit unnecessary overhead costs, allowing us to remain cost-effective for our clients.

  BUILDING OFFICIALS

The CARMI team works closely with state and local officials to create a continued awareness of the newest codes, as well as, any state and local laws specific to specialty facilities. Involving building officials in the design process, prior to state and local submission, serves to hasten the plan review process, as well as, eliminate costly code violations or plan changes.

CARMI’s affiliations are a means of staying connected to local commerce and as a way of giving back to the community. Our association with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) provides us with a great resource for reputable referrals for our clients, continuing education for our staff, and awareness of the most cutting edge and cost effective strategies in the field.
